In order to facilitate as many Covid-19 vaccines for patients in and around our area as possible, we have temporarily converted our Waddington Surgery into a Covid-19 vaccine site. Unfortunately this means that normal facilities of our Waddington site have been suspended for the forseeable future. We are encouraging patients to contact us first on 01522 811411, and attend our Navenby surgery for appointments and collections when possible. Our front post box at Waddington is still being checked on a daily basis, so please feel free to leave prescription requests, completed registration forms and other letters to us in there as normal. We will resume normal service as soon as we can but in the mean time, thank you very much for your patience and understanding.
We operate a Zero Tolerance Policy with regard to abuse or violence towards our staff. We reserve the right to remove abusive or violent patients from the Practice List.
Please Note: Our opening hours are currently under review and may be subject to change in the future.
This will not affect the opening hours of our Dispensaries, which are viewable below:
The Practice Closes for staff training on the third Tuesday in the month for 10 months of the year
Access to a Doctor is available by phoning our usual telephone number (01522 811411) where the system can transfer your call to the on-call Doctor.
In the event that you should need the advice of a Doctor when the surgery is closed, please phone NHS 111. However in the event of an emergency (Chest pain, Stroke, etc) please call 999 for an ambulance.
