Appointments at the Surgery

Our surgery offers a range of appointments to support your health needs. You can request appointments with:

  • A GP or Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)
  • A Musculoskeletal Therapist/First Contact Practitioner (FCP)
  • A Pharmacist
  • A member of our Practice Nurse team

To request an appointment, please click the “Request an Appointment” link at the bottom of the screen. This will take you to askmyGP, where you will need to log in or create an account if you do not already have one.

Select New request and then follow the most appropriate option for the type of appointment you require.

Once we receive your request, we will contact you to arrange the most appropriate appointment for your concerns. Where appropriate, we may contact you for additional information before offering the most appropriate appointment or signpost you to a more suitable service, such as a community pharmacy.

  • by phone
  • face-to-face at the surgery
  • on a video call
  • by digital correspondence.
  • Ask you to attend a different provider, who is more appropriate for your symptoms

Our contracted hours are 08:00-18:30 Monday to Friday, except bank holidays. Our consulting times are between these. Please note that at certain times, e.g. lunch or the end of the day, a clinician may not be on-site, so if your medical concern is urgent, please either:

  • Call NHS 111 for clinical support
  • Visit your nearest Urgent Treatment Centre or Accident & Emergency (A&E) department
